Paul Adams

Born in San Diego California, I grew up in a small town just 45 minutes from downtown, called Ramona. I have lived in numerous areas--including Idaho, Texas, and Oregon--arriving in Cortez Colorado in mid-2010, with my wife and two pets. We were only planning to live in Southwest Colorado for a year at the most, but the beautiful landscape, numerous outdoor activities and tight-knit, forward thinking community have kept us here for nearly 10 years and counting! Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I worked for the Montezuma County Assessor's Office as a licensed Residential Appraiser, which brings valuable insight to my work in the local Real Estate market. Some more about me: I volunteer my time to our community as a board member for the Cortez City Parks and Recreation Department. I am also an active member of Montezuma County Search and Rescue, as well as a board member for the annual "12 Hours of Mesa Verde" mountain bike race.
