Paul and Cindy worked quickly and efficiently in all aspects of the home sale (preparation, marketing and through signing). I had immediate response when the home was listed, with multiple showings resulting in multiple offers. The home sold over the asking price. They both were very patient with my questions, and provided simple explanations to the legal jargon of the home contracts. They answer phone calls/texts/emails immediately. Their system to schedule showings is very efficient. They also were flexible with the showings to accommodate some unusual situations that I had--- very personable. I highly recommend this team.

Paul was interested and engaged in the process of selling my house. His response to both email and phone calls was immediate. During a difficult economic time, he was able to assuage my fears of not being able to sell my house or having to lower the price to an unacceptable price.. His attention to detail and ability to answers ALL of my many questions was outstanding. If I have one minor criticism, he was soft on aggressive pricing. However, I was able to sell at a price, which I was comfortable. Having a spouse who is also a realtor is an added bonus. I recommend Paul without reservation.

In a market saturated with incompetent agents, it was a breathe of fresh air to find Paul and his team. He went above and beyond the standard phone call and canned letter in the mail. He won my wife and I over by actually coming over to our house and seeing what we had to offer.
