Paul Kempa

Paul Kempa was born and raised in a south suburb of Illinois. As a young college student he worked for Pav Realty as an assistant service person preparing homes for sale. He also worked for HP RAM Construction as a tradesman building strip malls and office buildings in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Paul started his career in real estate working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Naperville in 2001. During his first six months he became a member of the millionaire club for selling over one million in real estate as a rookie agent. During his four years at that agency he partnered with the Higgins team and they became the highest profiting team in that office.
