I wanted to take a moment to sing Paul's praises. He was absolutely wonderful through the whole process of selling my house. Not only was he very responsive to emails and questions, but he also went above and beyond in every aspect - whether it was stopping by my home in the early morning hours to drop off air fresheners (I live out of town, and my home was vacant) and turn the A/C on to keep the place fresh, communicating with the HOA on my behalf, or hiring professionals to do necessary work. I never worried with him as my agent. I've had my home on the market a couple of times over the years, and this was definitely the best experience. If you're looking to sell, Paul's your guy. nOn a side note, I originally contacted T & H Realty to rent out my property, but, after 4 years of renting, I decided against it because I was ready to move on. This was definitely not a knock against T & H. I had two prior property managers from other companies that turned out to be bad experiences.
