Paula is sharp, energetic, knowledgeable and experienced.She works incredibly hard for her client, whether buying or selling. I have bought two properties through her and sold one. When buying my current property (an older home with 6+ acres), she helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for and then found the PERFECT property (I still love this place!) She helped me figure out what work would need to be done and even helped me ballpark numbers for that. A few issues arose in the transaction and she negotiated in my favor. When I sold a property, she coached me on the fine art of "staging" it and it sold quickly for asking price, despite the fact it was a slow time and definitely a buyers market.
