Paula Houghtaling

Paula was always available and knowledgeable about our area and the process. She spent time with us and late night phone calls, always available. We give her kudus for her great negotiating skills. We would use her again if needed. But since we bought the perfect home, I don't think we will need her anytime soon. Highly recommended!

Looking to buy or sell a home? Look no further! Paula was amazing. She holds herself to very high standards. She is extremely good at communicating, makes you feel very comfortable with everything and clearly has high moral standards as well. She represented both me (the seller) and the buyer for my recent transaction and I never felt at all taken advantage of. Paula operated in a very transparent manor and was professional throughout. She has also clearly been at this for a while and knew the answers to all my questions very quickly. If all real estate agents were as honest and hard working as Paula, buying and selling homes would not be so daunting! Thank you Paula!

Paula went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home! She was always a phone call or text away when we have any questions no matter what time of the day. She would update us during every step of the process. She was also present during our home inspection and final walk through and made sure all issues were addressed and taken care of. It was a stressful process but she made it so much easier for us. Thank you Paula!
