My husband and I have had a home in The Canyons on Lake Whitney for 29 years. I feel it is a privilege to live near a beautiful lake surrounded by ranches and farmland. I attended Oklahoma State University followed by a 12 year career as an oil and gas exploration land agent in Oklahoma and Texas. My husband and I raised our two children in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area but enjoyed our weekend trips to The Getaway Capital of Texas – Beautiful Lake Whitney.
