I have experience as a Realtor and a mortgage Loan Origionator and will work hard to ensure that your home selling and/or buying transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2005 I was a mortgage loan origionator for five years--I have the experience to assist you thru the entire process. I am also a former Senior Realty Specialist with the US Army Corps of Engineers working within the Homeowners Assistance Program. I feel that the experience that I gained assisting our military applicants in many of the most difficult files of Short Sale and Foreclosure transactions has prepared me for assisting homeowners of distressed properties. I also have the National Association of Realtors SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource desigination. I am prepared to assist you in the good times as well as when times are difficult.
