They understood my local market perfectly and advised me on how to achieve my goals in the current market in the most efficient way possible. It was clear to me that it was important for Pennye and Nadia to do a good job. Penny and her partener Nadia Aminon were so easy to work with. Their knowledge of the business is vast. ***The house was sold in 4 days. I inherited the house from my sister due to a very unexpected death. I live 8 hours away and had to list the house before I left Maryland to return home. We sold the house "as is" so I wouldn't have to do a lot of work on the house (age is a factor). Penny and Nadia listed the house at a fair price and were always in contact with me. The fact that it sold in 4 days is a true testimint as to how they work. Penny and Nadia were so kind to me by understanding some days were very hard for me and they would tell me we can talk about this later. They were so respectiful of me. The settlement was so easy. They sent a notary with all the paperwork and she explained every thing I was signing. I didn't even have to return to Maryland for settlement.
