Pete Buonocore

I have used Buonocore on over 15 transactions commencing in 2000. His knowledge, experience, guidance and integrity is immeasurable and I have worked with a lot of realtors!I not only recommend him, I highly endorse him as a must use realtor in the Los Angeles area!

I met with a lot of realtors when I was looking to buy a house and Pete was the only one who truly had my best interest in mind. He was very conscientious regarding which house(s) were best for me and my needs. Pete is extremely patient and very knowledgeable about real estate. He found the perfect house for me back then and I am happy to say I am currently working with him again.

Pete helped me purchase my first home in Los Angeles in 2004 - it was the height of the market. We looked at a lot of homes and put in offers but I kept loosing them. I started getting discouraged. Pete was patient and said "when it's time you'll know it. Tell me and we'll get it." The next home was exactly what I was looking for... I told him "this is it!" 14 other offers were put in - I don't know how he did it but I got it. I got married in our backyard and have started raising our two girls here and to my great surprise it's even held it's value despite the timing of the purchase. Pete's gone on to help us buy other investment properties and we are now buying our dream house with his help. He's extremely knowledgeable, works hard and is a nice guy to boot. I can't recommend Pete highly enough.

We were involved with Pete and his great staff as both buyers and sellers - and neighbors for awhile. Pete was so concerned that we were always aware of what was happening and were comfortable with all aspects of the purchase and the subsequent sale of our property. i see he has sold our former home again, and i know the new buyers will be just as happy with the whole experience as we were.

Pete has represented me both as a seller and a buyer. In each transaction, I found him to be utterly honest, professional and helpful. He's also the nicest real estate agent I've ever met. The property he sold for me was a very difficult home to market because it had been a duplex that was converted into a single family home and had a strange layout that was only going to appeal to a narrow group of buyers. He never got frustrated or pulled back on his marketing efforts while trying to sell the place, and when we did sell it, I got close to asking and more than doubled my original investment in the property. That transaction was so satisfying I asked him to find me a new home. He did. And I still reside in that house to this day. Frankly, I can't speaking glowingly enough about Pete. The acid test is would I hire him again and the answer to that is an unequivocal "yes".
