Nice chatting with you regarding property in Phoenix. Incidentally, Peter is a FANTASTIC realtor as well as a nice guy... Hope you had a good, relaxing weekend after working so hard for us last week. Don and I really appreciated the time and effort you offered to us in finding us a great home in your beautiful city. We are very happy with our choice and can't wait to come back down. We also had a great vacation time as well - it was hard to leave it all behind. Although, yesterday it hit 28 C in Medicine Hat.
