Peter did an amazing job! He was just so on top of everything, and always answered the phone when we called. He got us great contractors to make the repairs to get past the inspection. He had a photographer take amazing pix for the listing. He got us to the quick and smooth closing we were hoping for! I just assumed something would go wrong at some point, but it never did. Overall I highly recommend Peter!

He was genuinely interested in representing me to sell the property. He took charge of bringing in cleaners and repair contractors to fix the home in order to get the best price possible for me. He watched carefully over the repairs that he undertook after obtaining my approval, and oversaw the cost process very closely. Because I was traveling and not in the USA at the time, he communicated with me half way around the world at any time, in order to keep me updated and informed of his progress.
