Good guy, very helpful. Pete spent a day & a half showing us homes & had researched the available homes extensively to fit the requirements we had given him prior to our visit to Fountain Hills. After we returned home, we discovered we had left our camera in the motel (or so we thought at the time) & he personally went to the motel to check to see if they had it. Several windows in the home had to be replaced & Pete knew that we might not be able to be in Fountain Hills when they came in & were to be installed so he told us that if we left a key with him, he would be happy to meet the installers & stay at the house until they were finished. The first visit we made after we owned our new home, we were half way from Albuquerque & realized we had left the keys at home in Alb. so we called Pete & asked him to take the key we had left for him to the house & leave it for us when we arrived. He very willingly did this for us on short notice. As absentee buyers, he went above the call of duty to make our purchase as painless as possible for us & we appreciate all that he has done for us.

We had but four days to pursue our goal of buying a home in Fountain Hills, AZ. Peter was an amazing guide through this process and we were 100% successful. He donated many long hours to all the details of our transaction. He is quite simply the best real Estate agent I have worked with throughout my 34 years of real estate investing.

From the first phone call it was evident that we had found the right realtor. Peter went above and beyond, checking out houses from Sedona to Tucson. He then relayed that information to us in Connecticut. When we came to Arizona, he had a daily itinerary that allowed us to see the maximum number of homes during our two week stay in Arizona. After we had chosen a home, he arranged for the home inspection and was there personally when we could not be there. After we had purchased the house, he came back on two occasions to let the furniture delivery men in while we were out of state.
