If you are looking for a agent in this physical area, I would highly recommend Phil. He has a broad base of experience making him very effective. More importantly, in my experience he has heart. My favorite part about Phil was he owned the couple mistakes when they happened and he fixed them immediately with a "Whatever it takes" swiftness and attitude. I expect and respect that and he is exceeded my expectations when all was said and done. I would work with him again in a heartbeat, and I had no knowledge of Phil prior.
