I typically dont write reviews for things but Team Zotti has me changing my tune. Phil and Irene are the hard-working real estate agents that everyone needs in their corner. From start to finish Phil and Irene worked tirelessly to make sure that two things were accomplished 1. That we sold our home in a timely manner and it was!! 2. That we would buy our next home in a timely manner and it was. Everything worked out beautifully because we were able to sell our home and use the proceeds of the sale of our home to purchase the next home without interruption. This was possible because I had a pair of agents who have the knowledge and experience to make this type of stressful experience go by as smoothly as possible. Phil and Irene worked their butts off to make sure that what we wanted would happen. They were with us and answered all of our questions from start to finish. On a side note, they also helped us with the paper work necessary for our second home in Las Vegas, which was not necessary for them to do. This was typical of their amazing work ethic that you will encounter when you choose the best team in the real-estate business. When we were selling our rental property we wanted someone local and experience . We found excellent reviews on Re/Max All-Pro Team. They know the area very well and know experience contractors that help prepare property to sell. Irene and Phil were very helpful in this area. The contractors they know are very reliable and reasonable. When the property was sold and in escrow Irene kept us informed through the process. Both Phil and Irene are very professional. Irene is bilingual and was able to communicate with the Spanish speaking contractors. Our property sold for what Irene initially advised us. We would highly recommend this Realtor team to anyone to sell or buy a property.
