What a great person to work with! Phillip is the most knowledgeable, honest and personable agent we’ve ever had after a dozen homes in our 37 years together. As soon as we met Phillip and saw the enormous amount of research he went through to match homes in PS to our “short” list of desires, we were blown away. We told him we were “shoppin for a coffin”, since we planned to make this our last home in retirement. He showed us 20 homes over a two-day period, and all matched our list. But when #21 showed up as a new listing late the next night, Phillip contacted us and we had a contract before noon the next day, before the sales pamphlets were even printed! Everyone knows finding a home is the easy part once you’ve been through the process once.
