We spoke with Phillip and then met with him at our home. We had a house that could not be sold or so we thought!!! Phillip came in and sold our house in 2 days during Hurricane Matthew!!! He helped replace batteries and copies of keys bc I was so busy. Let me start off by saying, do not hesitate to use Phillip as a realtor. He is top notch in every facet of buying and selling homes.
