I would never recommend an Real Estate agency that takes advantage of individuals whom understand the English language VERY well than get told they have been denied a loan after Phyllis Vollrath Agency took the clients money (down payment). First of all, the money should have never been taken until pre-approved. Now Phyllis Vollrath is saying that the down payment will not be returned. First of all, I would like to know if this Real Estate Agency knows what an E&O policy is? Your office is not only doing illegal things to customers, they are going against what their E&O policy stands for. We are in the process of obtaining an attorney as our money has not yet been returned. Don't deal with them they are very unprofessional as well as the Realtor that was supposed to protect her customers well being. Terrible place and I will be reporting to the BBB as well
