This is my second home I purchased with Pierce. The first time met Pierce was when I tried to buy a house and my previous relator blew the deal. What I liked about Pierce was he was very thoughtful and collaborative. He worked well with the other relator to feel them out on pricing. He was able to help me close that condo in two weeks. I used Pierce again when buying a home. I looked for a long time on a small island in North Miami Beach. Due to the limited inventory it was pretty difficult. Pierce was very consultative and his knowledge helped when looking at some houses which were questionable. Luckily Pierce was able to find out about listings even before they hit MLS. I saw a house on the first day it showed and closed. If this had been another Relator I would have seen it later, or the seller might to keep showing the unit to get a bidding war.
