Prashant is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. Our goal was to have the house sold and be on our way to Florida by the end of February. Prashant suggested we do some minor remodeling, such as remove the carpeting and entry tile and replace them with laminate flooring to make the house more appealing to potential buyers. He also found me someone who would do the work, Before the work was completed, Maeghan, one of his associates called me and asked how thing we're going and did I need any help. I told her I could a couple of extra hands finishing the packing. WIthin an hour, Maeghan and Luis were at my door ready and willing to work. Before I knew it everything was packed and loaded into the PODS ready for pickup. Prashant had a Photographer/videographer come to take photos and a movie of our home and he even flew a drone over our property for a birds eye view. It all turned up beautifully. We had our open house on Saturday and Sunday, March 28 and 29, and on the following Thursday, we met with Prashant and Maeghan and reviewed the seven offers. The best offer re: contingencies happened to also be the highest offer, which we accepted. As planned, we will be flying out to Florida on Feb, 28th.
