Rachel was my realtor for a successful purchase of exactly the house I wanted to buy. I had a lot of credit problems, and she worked with the lender to get me through all the pitfalls of buying a house and working to upgrade my credit. There have been a few items that we've had to follow up on since the sale, and Rachel's help with these items has been invaluable. I had just come through a very bad experience with another realtor when I was referred to Rachel. So suffice it to say, I was a bit "gun-shy". Rachel turned out to be AMAZING! Just what I needed. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and did a great deal of homework and preparation prior to scheduling the tours of potential houses. Even though I was looking in an area that was a bit remote she never hesitated driving all the way up to show me a number of houses. She met me on time every time, and was prepared with documentation/information about each property. She had an eye for detail and noticed little things I did not catch. I really felt she was looking out for my best interests. When it came time to make an offer, she worked hard for me, communicated often and even passed along her network of inspectors, etc. Just a very positive experience- I couldn't be more pleased!

Rachel is a real go-getter! I would highly recommend her. We needed to sell my mom's townhome in Gladstone. I live out-of-state which makes it more difficult. Rachel immediately started marketing the property. Rachel provided advice and input as offers were delivered. She even arranged for some minor repairs to the property. She made the whole process easy and stress-free!

We moved from a townhouse in the city to acreage in the woods! While I'm fairly certain Rachel wasnt as expierenced with land purchases as city ones she did her homework and made sure we got a great deal and we were protected with the various warranties that people in the city wouldn't even know about. She worked all hours always answered all our questions and even helped us find a mortgage broker when our bank didn't want to finance or dream. I would recommend her to anyone.

Rachel provided excellent service. She was on time, on point, and very professional while guiding me through the process of searching for, selecting, offering, inspecting, and closing on my new house. Been years since I'd purchased one, and frankly my ex-wife had done most of the legwork in the past, so I needed plenty of assistance. The market I bought in was especially tough, and I was very picky about what I wanted. Rachel was very accommodating and helpful in finding great options. We didnt settle for anything less than what worked for me. Truly a great home buying experience. Very professional. I would sell and buy again with her. Would highly recommend.
