We couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. Rachel is extremely thorough and advocates on behalf of her clients. We sent Rachel a list of homes we liked and within hours she put together a schedule to view houses that weekend. While looking at houses, Rachel caught on to what we liked and didnt like and was very knowledgeable on how much things would cost in the long run (replacing windows, etc.). The first day my wife and I decided to hire Rachel as our realtor, she took seven to eight hours to show us between fifteen to twenty homes; this was absolutely crazy to me, due to our previous realtor only showing us four houses in one day (his lack of commitment, time, and willingness to help was why we left him).
