- Rachelle showed me homes
A realtor with zero integrity and unable to uphold an agreement. She confirmed and agreed to a rental offer, stated that a lease was being drafted, only to show the apartment the next day to another renter, despite the confirmation the day before. After showing the unit, she agreed to a separate offer even after indicating that the apartment was "ours". Although not illegal, such tactics are completely unprofessional and unethical. I had backed out of my existing lease based on our verbal agreement and now I am left scrambling to find another apartment. Rachelle's integrity can be valued at $100, the difference between my agreed upon offer and the accepted amount. Would not trust or do business with again.
