I always remember the way Ram dealt with builder in a major conflict, that negotiation benefited me huge money savings in whole construction. At one point of time builder asked me to opt out of contract instead of resolving, here Ram defense to client is phenomenal and protected my every interest. Ram's exceptional work ethics and his methodical approach was the key for us to arrive at a decision quickly and make a purchase. The whole process was completed in a month's time. Ram prepared the list of site visits for us on a weekend and showed us close to 20+ homes for us to look, he prepared a check list for us to note down for each of the homes to arrive at decision in a more methodical fashion. He was true and honest in his analysis and gave a clear idea which helped us in arriving at a decision. If there was a rating we would give him a perfect 10 for the way he handled the whole purchase from beginning to the closing.
