Ramesh is amazing. She made home buying possible for us during a pandemic. We met Ramesh pre-covid and very early in our home buying process when we were not sure about location, size and house type. She kept in touch during covid and when we were ready to visit houses, she went through extra effort of preparing us to see houses and made sure we were keeping safe by taking proper safety measures on every visit. Ramesh went through the simulation of whole process with us multiple times with sample data. She made sure we were prepared with our best foot forward and have as much information as possible before making a decision. She is very communicative and on top of things. If she doesn't have any info about particular things like school district or permits, she will make sure she gets in touch with the right people and give us more information to make a decision. She also got us in touch with contractors and painters who can do high quality work. Overall, it would have been impossible for a first time buyer like us to buy a house during a pandemic without Ramesh and she has been supportive on every step of the process. Would highly recommend her specially to first time buyers.
