Our experience was very unpleasant. We inquired about a house and wanted to go look at it to really see how much updating we will have to do. Scheduled a time while talking on the phone and asking questions about the house. She said she was for “us” and she didn’t work for The person who owns the house blah blah. Once we started asking about the price she then canceled the appointment as to “not waste anyone’s time with an offer like that.” She didn’t know the area like we did, we are from there. It’s been on the market for more than a year. For around 400,000 dollars you can go 10 min down the road to a prime school district and build a brand new fabulous home. We love older houses and this one requires work. It is not worth how much money you’d have to poor into it at that price. Obviously once we started talking about price we realized with those crappy comments that she was out for herself and not for her clients. Good luck Ramona, I’m letting all websites know about how you are for the dollar sign and NOT your clients. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ramona Dula was amazingly efficient in the selling our house, as well as the purchase of our new home. She was always available to us, day & night, and kept us up to date on how the process was going. She made what could have been a hectic & stressful process, a pure delight. I highly recommend Ramona Dula to anyone in need of an exceptional realtor!
