More about Rance Fladeland
As a licensed REALTOR® and Arizona's ONLY Certified Resort and Second Home Specialist with a focus in Vacation Rentals (as of 5/26/2017 per NAR), I've found that many of the extra things I do go above and beyond the expectations of the typical real estate agent, and come as a pleasant surprise to my clients. Being actively involved in real estate on full time basis and having a passion for helping my clients achieve their real estate goals is an interest I've had most of my life, and although I thoroughly research local market trends to position myself to provide my clients with the best possible service throughout a variety of transactions, it's the relationships I build with my clients that I value most.
