Randy was the best! He was very patient with us, as we lived 6 hours away, and our daughters would look first. We would send him a list of properties we wanted to see, and he arranged everything in a time efficient manner. He listened to us and showed us one that wasn't on our list. Voila. It was the one! I recommended Randy to a friend, and now she has a new home.
My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home, and used Randy as our buyers agent. With his help were found our perfect home, and the purchase was quick and went smooth. He was very professional, and stayed on top of the entire process. Durning the inspection, we found that the roof needed to be replaced. The replacement of the roof was requested upon the purchase of the home, so the seller had the roof replaced before we closed on the house. After moving into our home, we found that our ac and heater were not working. We called someone to have them look at it, and found that the roofer had caused damage to the cooper wiring that holds the coolant. The roofer would not take responsibility for this. I contacted Randy, and he went to bat for us, and stayed on top of the issue. When it was all said and done, we had the wiring repaired and working ac and heat at no cost to us, because of Randy. Keep in mind that we had already purchased the home, and Randy was no longer receiving any sort of compensation for continuing to work with us. I am forever grateful for all his hard work, and taking care of us.
