With his expert guidance, we had an offer within 11 days of listing. Selling a home can be stressful, but Randy's knowledge and calm steadiness (not to mention his delightful sense of humor) eased us through the process every step of the way.
We had our home listed with another agent for many months with no success. We spoke with Randy and could tell there was a dramatic difference. He made several suggestions that he said would make a difference with todays buyers. We made those changes, he sent out a photographer for the photos and Wow, our home looked great. We then sold it to the third buyer in our home. Randy was awesome through out the entire process.
