Rashida Linehan

Buying my first home was a scary endeavour. Rashida was competent and reassuring in one of the most stressful situations that one can go through. She gave valuable information and provided feedback that was needed, not just what I wanted to hear. She didn't try to oversell me at any point in time and provided a lender that I could use or not. I ended up not using the lender but even her recommended lender was awesome. Because I ended up buying a new build, there wasn't much negotiation on the price as Rashida stated. In the end it was a pleasant buying experience and I would definitely use Rashida once again and recommend her for any other home buyers.
