Clearly lied to me, changing his story back and forth as to whether seller would reduce price after inspection, from one email to another, then when I point it out, he told me I need a Doctor and dragged his feet on cancelling the deal, like I had requested multiple times since I found out his story changed. All documented in email.

We just had the worst home buying experience. This guy has very little idea about the process and was primarily trying to push us towards closing on the home in order to make his commission. Didn't want to push back and work to get us a better deal. He lies about things he doesn't know and tries make it hard to cancel a deal. We ended up in the loosing side because of him. Please stay away. You will do yourself a favor.

Please don't have any business transaction with this person. He is very unprofessional, never responds to calls or emails. He is not honest, he charged on my credit card without my authorization.

I had a pathetic experience , never responds to for urgent queries and very tough to connect him over phone or messages, he does have automatic response message on his phone stating that ‘on doctor appointment’ ‘in a training’ , which is totally lie, when you called him with other number he picks up the call immediately. Never put an effort to address customer doubts. I never refer to anyone and be aware of this guy.

He did his best and beyond to get our dream home . Definitely without him this deal wouldn’t be on our side. He is busy but took time and helped us. I would definitely recommend him

Ravichandra Sriram has a lot of patience and persistence. He never puts any pressure on the client. He is doing Real Estate full time and is mostly available for his clients. Highly recommend! When we started initially we had slow response but later his service got improved drastically and help tremendously. He is very flexible and make his time available to fit client timings.

I’m very satisfied with his service . I’m from a state outside washington. Ravichandra helped me by going out of way and always stayed on what is right. I respect him as a person and definitely suggest him to my friends. He also helped me in prepping my home sale.

He helped me in listing my home . I ended up not selling due to family thing . Ravichandra is very experienced and very polite in answering my massive list of questions. The transaction didn't go through but he is still very responsive and doing what is best for me. God bless him !!
