Was a buyer and she represented the seller, and she used every underhanded effort to get me to bend and except her demands, even lie about facts and then threaten to dump my offer and go to back-up offers. I wished I knew then what I know now, thanks to $250 lawyer fee. Next encounter my attorney will deal with her
