We were being relocated from Fort Worth to Oklahoma for work purposes. We knew nothing of the area and were lucky enough to be referred to Regan. Her knowledge of the area, availability and personality made our relocation experience exceptional.Regan met with us several times a week to find the perfect home for our family. When we felt disheartened and overwhelmed, she would go out of her way to ease the burden of the process. Regan promptly responds to email and phone calls and always has your best interest at heart. n 2009 I was looking for a home with some land a chose Regan Forrest with Remax as my realtor. I could not have made a better choice. But the most important was she held us together through the process. She kept us focused on the end prize for us: our new home in Texas. We contacted Regan prior to moving to the Oklahoma City area in August 2013 to let her know we were relocating. She spoke to us several times prior to our arrival to determine where to begin our home search and upon arrival to OKC, she picked us up at our hotel and took us around to look at existing homes. When we first started our communication with Regan, we were still a year away from actually putting our house on the market. She was so patient with us during this process. Regan helped me buy my second house. I didn't use a realtor when I bought my first house and had no intention of using one this time. That was before I met Regan. She was extremely understanding and thorough when we first spoke on the phone. She explained the benefits of her help without being pushy. After interviewing several Realtors I came away with a belief that Regan had what I was searching for. She was prompt in returning my call, she was engaging in our conversation, yet she actively listened to my comments. We had an outstanding experience with Regan. She knows the Edmond market very well and had a very discerning eye for the homes she showed. We relocated here and Regan spent nearly two entire days walking us through house after house. Our four young children accompanied us!
