- Renee listed and sold my home
Sold home. In the meantime we went searching for new homes. Found a new development, negotiated with builder, basically did all the work. Mistake I made was putting her on the RE Sheet. She made a hefty commission for doing nothing. Didn't offer any compensation for the work we done and didn't even drop off a house warming gift! First time that has happened to us after many homes sold and bought. Plus the picture she put on her site of homes sold, was a picture of the model home, not even ours! Would not recommend.
