Renee Gialousis

Renee was the poorest realtor that we have ever done business with. She did not follow thru on the tasks that we agreed upon. She always cancelled the open home appointments, never looked for a new home for us and was obviously waiting for another realtor to sell our home. She went to visit our neighbors and talked badly about us which was totally 100% unprofessional. She did not even come to the closing of our home nor the closing of the home we bought. We do not recommend Renee, poorest choice we ever made.

This is our opinion only and is not intended to influence anyone. When we were ready to list our home, Renee was eager for us to sign on the dotted line, but then she took a back seat in a total SELLER's Market and waited for another agent to bring a buyer. The photos were not "top notch" as she had promised. When we expressed our concerns, nothing was her fault. She put down other agents, past clients, and current clients including us. The worst part was she failed to negotiate the best price for our home while agents selling other homes in our community achieved tens of thousands more and in shorter time frames. Our experience with Renee was so horrible, we would not hire another female agent again.
