Renee Shandra was absolutely fabulous to work with; the first people to view the house bought it! She kept us notified during each and every step and offered expert assistance along the way. Also, she truly cares about everyone involved and goes out of her way to make things easier in the selling process. I highly recommend Renee and her company. Renee was amazing. She was never hesitate to show us a house and was there to give us her hone st opinion on each house we looked at. She worked with us 6+ months to find us the right house. I have used Renee as my agent since 2006. I was a builder in the area learning the ropes. Renee was very efficient in providing options for land in the area. I built my first house and within a week of completion she had the home under contract.
