BUYER BEWARE! I will never EVER work with Spain Realty again due to the way we have been treated as a recent buyer. The Raleigh area will continue to hear about our experience until someone chooses to respond to our calls and emails. The sellers of our home used Rhonda Kosor with Spain Realty. We had a thorough final walk through inspection. The water pressure was stated to be in poor condition. The buyer had a plumber sign off on the house. One does not shower when doing a final walk through. We were unable to complete a full shower as the water pressure failed immediately when moving into the house.  The only solution was a new well pump as the current one was 20 years old and had obvious signs it was failing. Rhonda accidentally included our realtor in an email telling the sellers they do not need to respond or deal with this. Our realtor still cannot get a hold of her days later. Our home sold for 51.5% profit. All we asked was that the seller had integrity to pay for the well that was not in full working condition. How can a seller and buyer work together when a real estate agent does not have morals and does not respond? DO NOT WORK WITH RHONDA KOSOR. Our realtor had a difficult time throughout the entire buying process to get a hold of Rhonda because 'she was too busy with so many clients".  Let this be another red flag to you. Thank goodness our realtor, neighbors, and other first impressions have shown us that Raleigh and North Carolina are not like Rhonda Kosor and Spain Realty. It is a seller's market. We paid more money for a house than we have ever expected because that is the market we are in; we waited 2 full months for the seller's home to be ready; and paid above the asking price. Rhonda didn't even know to coach the sellers how to leave a home in proper shape or seller's etiquette.  Rhonda can remedy this by doing what she would have wanted if this happened to herself or her client. Right now all I see is greed. Don't you? If Spain Realty and Rhonda Kosor want to show they are realtors of their word, they will work with us to do right by this sale. If not, we can pursue this legally and I can continue to write reviews of anywhere buyers and sellers need to hear it. Thank you Rhonda for reminding us you and Spain Realty cannot be trusted at face value. If you can be, I'll reply in this review with how you redeem your integrity.
