- Richard never responded to my request
Richard was fine as our property manager until we needed him. When our hot water heater went out, he showed no urgency to help our young family, communicated horribly, and only eventually got it fixed. When we were out of town and needed him to grant entry to a friend, again it was painful and his communication terrible. Now, as we move out, he’s trying to charge us $770 because we didn’t mow the lawn on less than 1/4 acre lot and has stopped responding to messages. If you want someone honest and helpful, I can’t steer you far enough away from Richard.
