The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had honest to god 👎🏾

Hey, Just wanted to let you know about a terrible experience I had trying to get info on the house Richard's listing at [Property Address]. First, I called and he didn't pick up. Okay, fine. But the next day, I call again and he straight up hung up on me. Then, he calls me back while he's driving – super unprofessional, right? The whole time he sounded like he couldn't be bothered. And this is for a house that's been sitting for almost a year, with two price drops totaling $15k! I was trying to be helpful, asking about the seller's situation so I could make an offer that worked for them. Instead, he got rude and just hung up on me again. Honestly, I wouldn't trust someone with that kind of attitude and work ethic to sell a lemonade stand, let alone a house. I'm definitely not working with him. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
