- Richard listed and sold my home
Very unresponsive and overall professionally inept and only cares about the money. My home purchased in December 2017 was rehabbed just enough to sell- the shabby work started coming undone just weeks after closing. Required roof certification was never received after purchase, water stains on my ceilings, roof inspection confirms preexisting issues and that the roof's useful life had been reached. Overall, my first home purchase has turned into a nightmare and he has been of no help rectifying this situation his company caused.
