- Richard listed, but didn't sell, my home
We did not have a good experience with Richard. We don’t feel he pushed the sale of our home. He didn’t give us guidance on how to get it sold. It sat on the market for 7 months! After changing realtors we had an offer in less than 48 hours. We feel he did the bare minimum cause he already made his money when we bought our house...which we found on our own.
