Worse realtor and his partner I have ever dealt with. He and his partner were RUDE, IMPATIENT, and worked for the seller and not the buyer. WORSE experience I have ever encountered. Our new neighbors who also used them before us experienced the same impatience and overall extremely BAD attitudes.

He and his partner just rushed everything. Our neighbors who lived 2 doors down and also had Guagliardo as a realtor for their home said the exact same thing. It was VERY obvious they only cared about their commission. They were both very condescending.
