Richard Gambino was excellent throughout the process. We hit a few road blocks along the way with the seller but Richard was able to work through them efficiently. What really stands out about Rich is his work ethic and personalized approach. He helped move the process along every step of the way and did not hesitate to get his hands dirty when required. He was very open from the beginning and presented all information truthfully, a characteristic that has been ever so decreasing among sales agents and brokers in the real estate arena.

Richard was absolutely amazing.!!!! My brother and I were selling my mom's house of 53 years.After being told by a Manhattan agent the house was worth $500k, I met with Richard. Richard keenly knows that area, he is in tune with who would be purchasing in that neighborhood and their expectations. We signed with Richard listing it at $800k. It sold above asking in about a week. We were indeed impressed. He was a source of much advice as to what to be concerned about or not be.
