- Richard helped me buy a home
Not very well. This experience took way too long and to the point we had to chase to find out what was going on. House inspection missed that the shower in the master bedroom and a crack in the floor, in it and had to be replaced. Very costly project. On the day of closing Richard nor the person they said would take us on the walk through showed up. We went to closing with no one. But he made sure he got his commission. Will never recommend him to anyone.
