He purchased 3702 Bayonne Avenue Baltimore 21206. The house has been vacant and the property has been neglected. Essentially Carl Mauri bought AND THEN abandoned the property for 2 years since closing. Disgusting and negligent for a person who represents as a Real Estate Agent.
