Richard Schultz

My personal philosophy has always been to put others interests and concerns above my own. This translates to my ideals that I practice as a Real Estate Sales Associate as a proud member of Coldwell Banker Preferred. I thoroughly enjoy meeting, working and satisfying the needs of the people I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with. My ambitions to alleviate the stresses, discrepancies and time consuming aspects that are associated with the real estate process are unprecedented in this field. Through my business qualities of honesty, motivation and confidence I promise to strive to make your goals my top priority and for this process to be a stress free one.
