My husband and I had tried to sell our home off and on for a few years hoping to retire out West (where it's warm!). We had no luck and would quit and try again. Rich reached out to us seeing we had tried to sell before and I called him back ... which I don't normally do. Did an amazing job finding a buyer for our home promptly.

I found Richard through Zillow when I was looking to purchase my first home. I was very nervous as I was so new to the process. He was AMAZING! He explained the entire process to me each step of the way and welcomed questions. He explained he felt the same way when he purchased his first home and knew how I felt. What a relief! He took time to answer any question even things you wouldn't normally ask a Realtor (like what color I should paint the living room. LOL) He even referred me to a couple of mortgage lenders to help me get pre-approved for a loan. We closed on my first home and I really felt Richard cared. Great experience.
