I would recommend Rick to anyone buying a home. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had been looking for over a year for a home, and he stayed with us until we were able to find what we were looking for. He was also there any time we had a question or needed advice about a potential listing or during the closing process of our new home. He was also knowledgeable in regards to financing which was very helpful to us considering we had not bought a new home in 13 years and mortgages have changed. We were very lucky to have him as our realtor!
