I have worked with Rick Fain for the past 8 years, but previously worked with other real estate agents for over 30 years. Through Rick, I have purchased and sold 10 homes for both personal and business purposes. Rick is simply the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Rick is very knowledgeable about the islands. He has helped me with four separate transactions so far. Without his help, I am not sure any of the deals would have closed.
