He had a lot of helpful suggestions and knows a lot of people in the area such as cleaners and locksmiths who were great to work with after the sale.

My husband I began looking for a house in October of 2017 and didn't finally close on our home until May 2018. In a very competitive market, Rick helped us stay up to date on any new listings meeting our criteria and also stuck with us through 6 different offers. He was an advocate for us and didn't push us at all. He gave his opinion when he felt things were not up to par, which was extremely valuable for us as first time home buyers.
